Initial project scaffolding
- main.go: CLI entry point with flag parsing
- gitignore.go: .gitignore loading and parsing
- sync.go: initial sync with manifest tracking
- watcher.go: fsnotify-based file watcher with debouncing
- Dockerfile: multi-stage build for Alpine runtime
